Don't know if anybody cares or keeps track of this stuff. But was looking through my sister car parts from her 71 barracuda and found the attached tag. Hard to read the end but it says "J.P. Stevens & Co., INC,

When we got the car the interior was pretty much disassembled but I just saw this sitting in the cardboard glovebox insert- not attached to it, someone must have found it and put it in there.

that's going to be from the "rear" half of the carpet for a "console" equipped "Challenger"

Note the two pinholes in the rust stained area.

When new, it was stapled to the underside of the carpet.
