A Google search for that part number and the word Intake yielded several pages of hits.

Several dealers are advertising $233.95 or thereabouts.

Here's a quote that describes it: "Mopar M1 intake, single plane for 383/400 engines. New in box. These intakes were rated very highly in the Hot Rod intake shoot out a few years ago."
