Next was to choose the proper tools, I think these will work.

Worked pretty good and I was suprised at how hard I was swinging that BFH at that panel and not totally destroying it.

After the beating I needed to close up the rear window opening by about 3/8" to match the other side. I chose to weld these brackets into the window channel as a means to draw the quarter up towards the roof.

Here is one advantage to finishing up this resto at my buddies body shop, use of some pretty handy tools that I don't own!

I don't think these are being repopped yet and I am thankful to have gotten some off of doner vehicles.

Here is one side done, other side went the same and next will be the small AMD corner pieces that go on top of these and under the window channel of the full quarter and then the filler panel.

AMD does sell those pieces Matt.

Whats happened to this project? It was very interesting. Way more work than I would have done on a 383 car. After going this far you couldn't stop.
