Most of those aren't interior groups. But some have interior related components to them.
The A93 packages were called "Deputy" in Dodge terms. I think Plymouth just called them a "coupe". All offered on two door models.
They are no frills low level option groups or models. They would be the least expensive models offered and the justification for advertising statements like, "...starting at $xxxx !"
On the e-bodies and 71-up bodies, the most obvious thing is they not have roll down rear windows. The rear windows had no regulator mechanisms and were fixed in the up right position. On E-bodies, the rear door panels had a plug where the window crank was. I'm not sure, but I think the b-bodies just didn't have the hole for the window crank punched through.
Then there were items that were standard in Challenger, Barracuda, Satellite, Charger that were substituted or omitted with less expensive parts. For instance: no cigeratte lighter, no day-nite rear view mirror, very plain vinyl interior, no 225 /6 motor standard (198 /6 std), black instead of wood grain steering wheel on E-bodies, etc.

The E-body coupe was only offered in 70-71 and only noted by the A93 fender and build sheet code. A Plymouth 71-74 bbody coupe will have its own body style also noted in the vin, for example RM21. Not sure if dodge did that also.
