It's possible to convert your KH setup to the 5x4-1/2 bolt pattern by having early mustang rotors machined for different wheel bearings and dust seals. Dirt cheap and you can leave the rest of your KH parts on the car. Just looking at the Wilwood website and I only see disc brake kits to retrofit onto 65-72 oem drum spindles.
