I know some folks had asked what the T/A replica hood I had modified back in December to raise the scoop looked like on the car. My oldest son & I set it over the empty engine compartment simply to get a sense for just that. Dayum, it's BIG. I'd asked for the scoop to be raised 1.5", but the final product is even a bit taller than that and measures almost 5" from the hood surface now. Whoa...

I like it, currently trying to decide between the big A body snorkel or a lexan scoop for my duster Here is a Picture of the 4.5" A body Snorkel if you have not seen it in a While.

At least it resembles the factory one. It doesn't look like it's blocking your view too much from the pic you posted. IMO those cowl hoods just look way out of place on a Mopar. FUGLY! Not this sh%# again........What exactly would you call the look of that hood on a 70RR?
