We need a lot more info on your set-up and expectations, for starters.
Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.

I do not know how much this setup costs, but there was a great writeup on another option that leaves the stock radio alone and uses a separate box to use Bluetooth to hook your phone up to your stock radio. Made my own. Generic Kenwood in the trunk. Used a Radio Shack infrared repeater with the sensor on the console and the transmitter taped on the face of the radio. Use the remote to select radio, HD radio, USB loaded with MP3 and my phone works with the bluetooth. Total cost 150 bucks. The remote stays in the ash tray because it is easier to find there than in the console. I also used a splitter on the antenna so the dash radio still works too. Craig
