Interesting comments below it, too, although who knows what the truth is re the deed. The current owner says he comes with the track. I wonder if he expects to be paid by any future owner for his "help" when he's not off racing? Also somewhat amused that he says the track won't be worth sh!t if he isn't still involved in its operations. Is this guy looking for a partner, or a purchaser? The city of Dyersburg is probably 7 1/2 miles from the river the track is not in Dyersburg. You have to drive off the levee toward the river to get down to the track. Look on google earth to see how far it is.
