Cab can build you a nice engine.

If the distance is a barrier. Gray's Racing Engines down in McMinnville, Somers Automotive Machine in Vancouver are pretty well known builders.

I personally have Ted King at Portland Engine Rebuilders, very nice guy, been in business for ages. If you building a carbed flat tappet engine, I wouldn't hesitate to call him.
