Well lots of stuff happening at NHRA. Besides the lack of tech at national events, or maybe I should say spot check tech they are planning on doing 16 Live Sunday Elminations days. Also 4 of those will be on Fox, not FS1. I hear they are alos bringing back the JET CARS at every event...YAY!!!!

I feel bad about Pro Stock. I still feel that there is a lot to be said for engine and car development working with N/A. I have a higher appreciation for the people behind a class like this that can go faster each year, after everyone continually says that the cars are as fast as they can possibly go. I mostly agree, except the bodies have gotten too far from stock to be relatable to most fans, and so cookie cutter that this year a full field of cars will be 14-15 Camaros vs. 1 or 2 Dodges. That's not good for a class no matter what brand you prefer.
If it ain't broke ... you're not pushing it hard enough.

Current Pro Stocks look like bananas with wheels and decals I forced myself to watch Pro-Stock last year and will start out watching it again as Allen Johnson is still out there fighting the fight. I tape every Pro-mod program as they are usually on at strange hours and easy to miss. Love the class, especially the nitrous ones.

After working in the shop I went for a nice walk and went to Walmart so by time I got home I. Clicked on the DVR as I was about an hour behind. I saw AJ lose first round so for the first time in my life I fast forward to skip over Pro stock. AJ is so far behind again I'm pretty sure I will be doing a lot of this.
