Just curious ... What does it weigh? I think it's a Bryant... Looks like their numbering.

It has a lot of high end features, but no center counterweights. I have a Bryant and it is not numbered like that one.

Let us know what you find out.

Bill

I think it could be a Crower. Their current part number for a custom stroke small block crank is 95171C.

It's set up as follows.... 2.500 mains with 2.100 rod journals. The crank came with Carrillo 6.200 rods, chevy pins... this stuff came with virgin R1 block I just bought. I'm trying to get everything cleaned up and then I'm planning on selling it all... I'll list the stuff soon when it's ready for sale

I can tell you it is not a Winberg. I worked there for ten years. Bryant would be my guess, but most of the other manufactures including Bryant share the same shape on the leading edge of the counterweights. Winberg rounded and tapered profiles on their stuff.

My hunch would be that it's a Bryant Craftsman truck crank

There is no parting line on any 4340 forged cranks I have seen. Stock crank yes. The knife edging appears to me untouched. I'm still think its forged. Just my twocents
