I've had good luck with 440Source.

That will vary depending on your goals:

Daily driver?
Street Strip - mild? Wild?
Race only?
Race an occasional street??

HP and the related ET/MPH goals in you have them in mind?

After three sets of cracked cylinder heads, a fabricated oil pan that didn't fit, and a fabricated timing chain cover that was 1/4" too shallow, I've come to realize you get what you pay for with them. I'll trust them for water necks and non-440 source made parts, but never with heads or rotating assemblies again.

Ohio Crankshaft makes Mopar stroker kits and we can benefit from the advancements they make with their GM market. The customer service was outstanding.

Heads, intakes, and gaskets are likely cheapest (and best return policy if there's an issue) with Jegs and Summit.

You need to get wwith an eng builder that will work with you as you can source parts from a few places and you want to work with someone who knows the business. Myself I use a 440Source stroker kit crank , rods , pistons and the small parts. Built it myself and its been great for almost 6 years so far. So you see you will get many different opinions. I dont use their heads as I bought Indy EZ heads from Dwayne Porter. So your best bet is to find a good eng person to work with you and I take it to build your eng unless you have done that work. If you have a local person to work with thats good. I bought my heads from Dwayne Porter but I am sure he would build your eng for you also as he sells alot of the parts and knows the best parts to use.
Get with a builder you trust and work with them as you will get alot of different opinions on here and most will be good opinions but we may have your head spinning all over.
Do you have a good local machine shop you can work with ? Unless you can build your own engines I would get with a good builder you can trust and work with them. Ron

Your goals are easily doable in todays market, what year, body style, tranny and rear end and rear gear ratio do you have now?
The reason I'm asking about these is the larger C.I. stroker pump gas motors with a set of Eddy RPM heads and a decent size(850CFM+) carb. will be a real tire fryer and may be hard to hook up at the track on small street tires work shruggy
Mid to high 12.s in the 1/4 are doable on the proper size street tires thumbs

It's a full body Challenger , hemi 4 speed and a 4.10 dana,15x7 rallys eventually I want to ditch the 4.10 for a 3.54 gear. Not up on strokers , I want to build this engine once so probably just a simple 440 for reliability factor will do. thanks appreciate the replies up
