You can see the pass side frame rail in this picture from a 93 truck and it looks like the first and 2nd picture above. I circled in red some of the distinguishing features to identify it as like the 1st splash shield in the picture above. Again this was on an Ebay listing for a 93 truck. The last year of that body style.

Give me a chance to check my trucks this weekend. Got a 77w200, 80rc, 85 rc, and 92 Cummins. Might have some others around

The only input I can give you is that the driver side (picture on the right) with the hole in it is probably for a 4x4 truck. 4x4 trucks have the steering column on the outside of the frame, and the large hole is where the steering shaft would pass through the splash shield.
I've never seen a short passenger side splash shield. Don't see how that would work unless the inner fender had a different shape at that back corner. Gene Good info. I'll have to look for that now. I thought there may be a 2wd/4wd difference.

Might be a difference between 2wd vs 4wd but, the steering box is outboard of the frame in both.
Pics might be iffy, no camera on my phone. Wife's yes but she's working.

I seem to have noticed 2 sizes on the passenger side when I was junkyarding in Louisiana years ago. Getting all sorts of numbers in the books: Left/drivers 1990-1= 55022667 ; 04215665* Left/drivers 1992-3= 55254624 Right/pass side 1990-1991= 55022666 ; 04215530; 04215536* Right/ pass side1992-3= 55254625 Numbers at end with asterisk are also listed in 88-89 parts book, under fender, section 23A-3000 Other numbers from 1990-1993 parts book, section 23a-4300 Pics are also online still http://www.moparpartsoverstock.com/showA..._driveLine=9726

Thanks!
I Googled the hell outta those numbers and looks like there are 3 sets of frame splash shields. 82-89, 90-91 and 92-93.
DRIVERS SIDE (LEFT) 4215565 fits 82-89, 55022667 fits 90-91, 55254625 fits 92-93
PASS SIDE (RIGHT) 4215536 fits 82-89, 55022666 fits 90-91, 55254624 fits 92-93
I found I had an old 77 Dodge Truck Service Manual on CD. Doesn't show anything as far as these splash shields are concerned. It DID show that diesel trucks had a ton of extra insulation inside the fenders, on the engine side of the firewall and behind the kickpanels.

Little update...
85 ramcharger has no shields.
92 D250 has a very long shield on the passenger side, goes from core support almost to the cab mount. Drivers side is short, core support to just aft of the control arm. It has a hole for the steering shaft
77W20 . Long shield on both sides, maybe not quite as long as the 92 passenger. Drivers side torn off where steering shaft passes through but clips present for more shield. Has an extra hole near the front for power steering lines.
80 ramcharger long shields both sides.
Noted that the 92 has a different brake line routing than the older trucks, might explain the short shield. Suspect this change happened in 1990 or 91. My 89 had the previous line routing.
