I think i would rather do the alteration than alter the bodywork.

The tires above are 28x13.5. Moving the tires back didn't make sense to me. These are 30x13.5:

Is that the width including the tyre bulge on the rim, my 10.5 MT's measure just over 13" at their widest point.
