I would drawfile the manifold surfaces. remflex has a good rep but just me it might be overkill just in this app (ex tend to be pretty trouble free) live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth

Been down this road with a BB Chevy in my old dually First thing I would do is check to see if the manifold is warped. If the manifold is relatively flat you can use a standard composition style exhaust gasket, Mr.G Ultra Seal, etc. If it's 1/16" or a bit more there are some embossed copper gaskets on the market. Summit has their own brand at a reasonable price. That's what I used and they worked well for me. https://www.summitracing.com/oh/parts/sum-111425/overview/ The Remflex gaskets are awfully thick and may cause mounting issues. BTW......
