Hi. I have an exhaust leak at the flange. Where can I get good Manifold gasket and Flange Gaskets?

Working on cars teaches you patience... and every curse word imaginable.

The gaskets that came with my TTI exhaust were excellent. Maybe they sell stuff for a stock manifold flange or have a supplier you could use.

I'd get a regular felpro set & Indian head cement. I would drawfile the manifold surfaces. remflex has a good rep but just me it might be overkill just in this app (ex tend to be pretty trouble free)

Been down this road with a BB Chevy in my old dually
First thing I would do is check to see if the manifold is warped.

If the manifold is relatively flat you can use a standard composition style exhaust gasket, Mr.G Ultra Seal, etc.

If it's 1/16" or a bit more there are some embossed copper gaskets on the market. Summit has their own brand at a reasonable price. That's what I used and they worked well for me.

The Remflex gaskets are awfully thick and may cause mounting issues.

BTW...... Happy Birthday!! boogie
