Anyone spoken with Bob recently? He quoted a week and a half to CNC my B1-MC heads and it's been over a month now and I can't get him to respond to my emails or phone calls. Mike Gray

I wish he'd let me know where my Hemi heads are in the queue. He told me he had a set of Stage V heads on the mill ahead of me about a month ago. Then I called a while back and he was on the dyno. I have the rest of the money to pay him off, but want to wait until they are ready to ship or almost so. Money has a way of disappearing for other stuff that comes up.

I will say something to Bob if he calls me back on Monday like he said he would. This is the kind of stuff that just drives me batshit crazy anymore. How hard is it to communicate with your customers?

The reason most dont communicate is because its awkward to tell you over and over your stuff aint done yet. But yet greed makes them take on more work everyday with more broken promises. Glad I don't have to deal with that BS.

How hard is it to communicate with your customers? Don't make too big of a deal. Bob said he was going to try to find some more flow in his SS Hemi porting, so he might not have had a chance to work on it yet. I just want to see where he is and what else is in the queue. My engine builder told me not to rush him on the heads. He hasn't gotten started on the short block anyway.

I just spent the day at Modern Thursday where Bob dynoed my 500 ci lo-deck, the shop was busy, the CNC machine ran nonstop,Bob worked all day making many pulls and changes to make the most of my little bracket engine. Iv'e had nothing but Excellent service at Modern Cyl Head from both Jeff {rip} and Bob. Its a blessing to have there experience and knowledge at our disposal.

I had to wait for my head to be repaired but Bob did a great job and really helped me out with a couple of other things, he and Jeff (rip) were very helpful to me, I plan on sending my -1 heads to him in the future. Don't feel bad my heads (B1) have been at brodix for 2 months now. Told 3 to 4 weeks . Every time I call I get the same story . LOL. that's why I have been practising my tig welding skills. Nobody and I mean NOBODY would have my engine parts held hostage for 2 months. It happened once 40 years ago and I promised myself it would NEVER happen again. And it hasn't.
