I heard somewhere that 1966 and 1967 Coronet and Satellite/Belvedere doors will physically interchange, and other than trim holes, are identical. This is for a two door hardtop. Is this true?

Yes the complete unit will swap between cars.

But, the glass and top rubber piece on the wing frame is different. So if you try to mix and match they will not fit. The glass is cut for that piece and the cut is different 66 and 67. If you look at some you will see the difference.
