a couple of the mags had how to stories on repairing grills. Looked pretty simple, and turned out nice. be alot cheaper than having it restored.

I used 3M 8115 panel bonding adhesive. it's for quarter panels but I used on my 68 charger grill. it is so strong when it cures, but you can file and sand it perfeclty smooth. you can even use it to make pieces that are missing. for small jobs, you don't need to buy the special gun, you can rig something up to push the good out to mix it.

540challenger- Get some ABS plastic. Sand down the area needed to bond. Shave a amount needed with a file, etc. Put some MEK with it. The MEK softens it up, turns it into a "goopy" substance. Put it on the crack and let it dry. Sand again, then paint Basically, this is how it is done. Also, here's a link-read and enjoy
