Has anyone installed a headliner on a 63 Dodge b-body? It looks like the front and rear windshields need to come out??? Mine is the one with bows.

What headliner clips are people using?

Look for barbed retainers under the garnish moldings, they would grip the headliner as opposed to having to R&I glass.
On the sides, they likely use the folded clips (U-shaped) or more lengths of barbed retaining strips.

Are the front and back barbed retainers similar to 68 to 70 b-bodys?
The car is at the upholstery shop and I am unsure if he knows what he is doing.

No photo. They're about 1/4" x 1/2" give or take, literally a U-shape, and if the car has its original headliner in it, they should be there if that's what was used.
You or the upholsterer might have to Google around a bit if someone here doesn't post better info or photos. Just a guess, but sounds like the upholsterer is younger than the car, haha.

The windshield doesn't have to come out.

On the rear, it doesn't have to come out if you can access the barbs under the window gasket. But.....it is a lot easier if you take out the rear.

Thanks, any pictures of the clips or part numbers. I called Dantes and he said try the newer model b-body but they are different.
