Pittsburgh International Dragway historical committee asked if we would display the 68 Hemi Dart at their booth at the World Of Wheels car show at the convention center in Pittsburgh this weekend along with Jimmy Lydons 67 RO(Tom Myle)Plymouth.I got permission from Donny Martik(he keeps it under lock,key and camera at the Bat Cave.Both these cars were regulars at old PID track.

That was in 1993 at Carlise and that's Kenny Montgumery's 68 A/MP Cuda in the back ground.

A sidenote: at the Curt George Memorial a year or so ago Bob climbed into the Dart for a "drive through", no helmet, belts or nothing, and "drove it through" at 10.90 something at 125+ mph. I was standing on the start line with Donnie and I thought he was going to have a heart attack....he paid a lot of attention the space between the Dart and the guardrail the whole way down.

The fact that Bob had no safety gear on resulted in a discussion with Frank Tedesco, but Brother Bob could not wipe the grin off of his face for two or three days.
