Thank you.I eventually found the info on page 699 of the 8 the edition mopar engine 'bible" There's several other vendors that sell the adapters

I ain't done it but I wouldn't be afraid to trim down a RB dist to fit & it'd let you get all of the rotational and axial play out of the dist tang/intergear slot interface. first I would shim the lower dist shaft to .005" axial play & be sure to deburr all sharp edges when grinding
