Hi guys,

I have not driven my 69 Charger at all this season. My son convinced me to get it going so we could take it to a show today. I took it for a few short trips last night to make sure it was working ok. It ran great and started with no issues. This morning I drove it 30 miles and stopped at a gas station so the kid could use the bathroom. I tried to start it but it will not turn over. Tbe starter does engage and it tries to turn over the engine but it will not go. The guys at the gas station tried 3 different starter packs and also tried jump starting it with the exact same result. The starter engages and makes a single "reer" sound and then stops.

Any constructive input would be appreciated.

Yup. It was the starter. I kept thinking it was the battery because it would turn over so slowly. Installed the new starter without charging the battery and it spun right over and started :-)
