Probably........about every company does now. I know if we/Holley catch somebody advertising under the MAP price, they go on a "do not sell to list" that is circulated to all Holley dealers.
Now guys can sell it for whatever they want to. They can lose money for all we care, but you can NOT advertise it for that low price.
MAP pricing helps the industry, because now, it doesn't matter if you are Jegs or Joes Speed Shop, you both buy at the same price. Before there was dealer, WD, warehouse WD and master WD..........so being a dealer didn't mean much. Jegs could sell it for less than you bought it, if you were just a straight dealer price. This fixes that.
