Three people in a race car at the track during a run, I've never raced at a track that would allow that in a fast car, quicker than 14.00 seconds in the 1/4 mile Me thinks God was looking down on them that day, hopefully they don't ever do that again

Did you guys watch video? There were two people in car and the car had a six point roll bar in it. They show you the guys and the bar after the wreck. The bar is all welded together so I don't believe it's a bolt in bar.

Yes I watched video, there is a camera POV that changes angles, from the back seat area, hence my assumption there are 3? people in the car, camera gets thrown? in accident and keeps filming, thats my takeaway.

The camera is attached to the drivers helmet. Look at the left side of the screen while the camera is panning around. The helmet stays in the frame the entire time. At the end of the video, the driver is lying on the ground. Then, he finally takes off the helmet and sets it down when it films the dirt.

The passenger also has a cellphone he is recording with.

I saw that, but wasn't sure if it was the guy in the back seat who had a camera on his helmet, you can see his hand reach out, and the camera moves similier to one moving thier head. I do believe this is a few disjointed videos, and from different perspectives. If it wasn't so difficult to watch, I would again, but no thanks.

it had a cage, however it looks like a "for looks" cage it had no "halo" or cross bar. What kind of racing is that? They were in shorts and T's.

Lol It is a six point bar, not a cage. It's just a roll bar. Driver was in full fire suit, only the passenger poorly dressed.

Not sure what kind of tech the roll racing and standing mile type races have, but I would hope something capable of those speeds would be better equipped. I am glad they are OK, it could have turned out quite a bit worse.

yeah I re-watched it and saw the suit. I just recall seeing him get out in shorts and a tee at the end. In any event, if I'm doing those speeds I'd have a real cage in the car. That thing was BROKE.
