d100- I cut the floor out of my parts trucks straight bed to use in the step side , the trucks going back to being my driver and the wood just did not hold up well to previous use.

did the best I could to clean up garage and bag it before coating with DuPont chromabase still had a bit of dust. mostly in clear at least I didn't try to tack it off between clear coat layers, I so thought I'd do that and have to re-paint(had to on color) actually hid the tack rag from myself after wiping down final color coat, sanded and polished it nice and slick

Its come a long way I think , the grille adds to it if your interested in seeing how to swap over to a 76 grille I have posted a step by step post in this forum search "76 grille swap help please" to find it the most tedious part of it is cleaning of the army green and sanding/polishing the grille itself

Some ol sign guy used to stand on fenders and roof to fix signs...so a little body work was needed I bought a '74 PW long bed back in '77 for a song (318- 4 spd.) that the guy worked for a motel chain repainting their signs. Truck had white, black, and yellow dots and drips all over it. Same color as yours. Traded it in on a new '78 PW step-side. Beautiful truck. Tim

Thanks for the kind words guys..couldn't think of a reason to get rid of the slant six it has been great to me , all I wanted to add was a/c.
I have been working on the bed mounting and purchased a dodge Dakota rear step bumper, really like how it does not stick out far past the bed the way my old bumper use too. It was a fairly easy mount just needed to trim and drill the brackets from the step bumper off of my fleet side parts truck a bit.

Well I have the box together and laid the fenders on, still need to line them up, prior to putting them on I brushed on plasti dip to mounting surface of fender rather than using welting to protect paint. Seam sealed the bed and hope to spray in bed liner next week. also picked up a 54" 3rd brake light with turn and signals to mount between bumper and bed.
