I would say not a PS. Maybe a body-in-white car but I wouldn't think PS. By 73 most PS Dusters had altered wheelbases and from fenders were section which made them appear to droop to make them more aerodynamic

Well, maybe not a competitive PS car, but it could have either been run in PS or been under construction. As noted, it doesn't appear to be cutting-edge: relocating the wheels/wheelbase, drooping the nose, and details like shaving rain gutters were all common among the sharp end of the field. To me it looks a lot like an unfinished project.

A guy over here as just imported a 73-4 ? Duster prostocker, it used to be owned by Larry Peternel, it ran 9.20's a few weeks ago.

I see nothing that would indicate this was a Pro-Stocker. Now anybody could have RUN the car in Pro-Stock, but being specifically built for that class with the current tricks of the time.......it's definitely not. Still has stock steering box. Just looks like a bracket car to me
