I LOVE NGK plugs in my race car--have always used dealer provided Champions for the Hemi in my 08 Ram--but...NGK's LOTS less $$ Has anyone used NGK in a Hemi or is Champion the one to stay with in bone stock 08 ram?

I've used NGK's twice in my 2005, no issues.

IT seems to me that some or most late mopars have went to ngk factory, but I havent been able to find out how to know whats supposed to be what without calling my dealer parts guy.Part store websites always list a "oem plug" in almost every brand. How can 4 brands be OEM? Obviously not.

After being a Toyota tech for 28 yrs. I am a big fan of Denso plugs (I think they still make plugs for Accel). I run Denso in the McCandless-built 383 in my sons Charger and in my '00 5.9 Durango.
Used to be a nothing-but-Champions-in-a-Mopar guy until they became so hit or miss with their quality.
Just my twocents .

Yes, the Accel U-groove plugs are ND plugs. Lots of good plugs out there. My '07 Hyundai had Champions and they were still working at 115K miles when I replaced them with Nippon Denso iridium plugs. The ND plugs and the NGK are both first quality. I have had really good results in the past with AC plugs, nobody ever seems to mention them.

We ran NGKs in tons of stuff at work. When we replaced the ones in my kids Hemi we used Champion platinums. They were free from his buddy that works there. That was a few years ago and no problems.Probally get NGKs when they get replaced as I run them in everything we have.Rocky
