Was at Kil Kare last night and he stayed until everone who wanted an autogragh or a picture got one. I stood up in his pit area for a couple hours and he spent time talking to every single person waiting to get his autogragh. Nicest guy you will ever meet. The show doesn't do him justice. He drove up from OKC on a last minute deal and had to be back in OKC to film on Saturday. And by the way the Monte is looking super nice.

Cool, thank you for sharing! He is my favorite guy on the show, it's awesome to hear these stories. I think BondoBob did the recent round of chassis work on the Monte.

Bob's ProFab did the current Chassis on the Monte, but it's not the same person Nick.

I think the editors on the show can make a person look like a saint or a real A hole. I've heard Doc is actually a real decent guy. IF I had the choice to hang out with any of the SO guys for a day , it would be either Doc or Monza. Couldn't stand 5 minutes with the rest.

I agree, the producers don't do doc justice. I like AZN and Farmtruck, they are pretty funny. The hearse episode was great when they made special seats and "headrests" to drive it.

My daughter was having a bad day to say the least she was feeling horrible from a sinus infection she couldn't stand the heat to wait in line to se the 405 guys. She was bummed but Doc stayed late, signed her helmet, gave her some great words of encouragement and put a smile on here face. She went to sleep that night a happy kid.
He pulled put out of the track around midnight after everyone else was long gone, he drove past are trailer and thanked us for having him at are track.
