I don't have the Fasteners to hold the flapper door to the Air Box.
This is the Door with the long rod from the actuator
Are screws used with a Fold Over nut?
I see some pics but cant really tell.

It looks like you custom trimmed yours.
Yes, there is some minor trimming necessary on the repos to match the original seals. Don't forget the main door seal;
