160,000+ on mine so far. As mentioned it will pull anything. No mods on mine, it is still almost 100% all original except for normal wear items like brakes, belt and battery.

i put headers and a jet chip on my 01, it already had a k&n cold air kit and flowmaster dual exhaust. it was a total waste of $, bought a cummins and never looked back.

Have had a few V10 trucks and they all pulled fine but not near what a diesel will do. I've read everyone's gripes about not getting any performance improvements with modifications and they are all pretty consistent in saying that they felt as though they wasted their money. Best I ever got was 13 mpg (gross weight around 7000 lbs.) and that was on a good day.

I picked up a pretty clean 99 V-10 Ram 2500 2wd last year.

here it is overflowing off the trailer when I brought it home. laugh2

It's original paint and has a fairly clean interior.
I got it fairly cheap knowing that it had coolant in the oil.
I bought a low mileage 97 V-10 engine and swapped it in.

The truck runs great and for now it will be my tow vehicle even though the gas mileage sucks.
It's strictly a tow vehicle for my trailers so I can live with the crappy gas mileage for now.

I just picked up a 98 Ram 2500 Cummins truck cheap ($1,000), but the body is crap.
It's beat up and really rusty. shock

The plan is that in some point in the future I'll swap all the Cummins stuff into the V-10 truck.

Kayse can't keep up at all now. lol
