Monte.. since I've never played with spray... do the
injectors screw in or are they like regular injectors
with the O-rings that have to be mounted... I looked
at my brothers system one time but forgot got if its a
screw in
EDIT
I assume you use 3/16 tubing for all the lines

My fogger nozzles screw in. IIRC, they are 1/8" pipe thread, but I haven't looked at them for awhile.

About 20 years ago I equipped my turbo BMW with a single Fogger nozzle to spool the turbo up quicker. It was a so-called 1/16" NPT thread and I had to buy a special tap for it. I think it's not a real pipe size (1/8 is the smallest I have seen) but I'm sure NOS sells the proper tap.
There may be 1/8" threads on these too, better look closely.

90% of fogger nozzles are 1/16 NPT and it is nothing special..........just a common pipe thread.

3/16 is the common hardline size, but depending on application, I have also used 1/8 hardline as well as 1/8 "softlines" which is basically high pressure nylon tubing. We source out some special "pushloc" fittings to use the softlines. Usually a quick and easy way to add a second, third or fourth kit to a tight manifold.

EFI and DRY nitrous makes things easy. With the right nozzle, or a properly modified nozzle, in a DRY application you also put nitrous through the fuel side of a nozzle. Essentially making a regular fogger a two stage dry kit. I and others, also now make a 3 stage dry nozzle. I put this nozzle on both the inside and outside of our manifold for new engine. So we now have a 6 stage dry kit manifold. Six stages is NOT about MORE nitrous, because I can put all the motor can stand through two. It's about power management with 6 small kits, versus fewer BIG kits

Yeah, a lot of times the "sheet" consists of use this jet and this jet, at this fuel pressure, with no real numbers, what those numbers mean and how to use them. While I don't mind taking a call every time a guy wants to make a change, I actually prefer to teach them what the numbers mean and how to use them and then make their own changes. The customer learns more that way, than just doing what I tell them to. Too many guys are secret squirrel about this stuff. It's NOT rocket science, just have to understand it and what you are trying to do
