Hooker Comps are 1 7/8" and are under $220. Hooker Super Comps have 2" primaies and are like over $500 now. There are many under $150 headers out there- Walker, Blackjack, Hedman, Flowtech and Summit. Dont expect any of the headers I mentioned to be made of quality thick steel. Even the Hooker Super Comps are made of thin rust quickly steel. Hedman makes a 1 3/4" primary header- the Elite series that is suppose to be made from thicker more durable metal. Those are priced under $250 I think. The best headers will be TTIs, Dougs, Thorley and all of them are above $700.

OK wait... Part # DTE-151 in the Summit catalog is a Doug Thorley set: 14 gauge tubes, 3/8" flange and nickel chrome plated. B&E body 1968-1974 383 and 400 only. (Wonder why not RB) $559.99
