dart70 OP member D Joined: Sep 2005 Posts: 28 ohio	Is it necessary to run a narrow or chamfered main bearing on a mopar performance stroker cast crank. Small block 4 inch 360/408 application. I know I have to on the rods but not sure on the mains. Part numbers? Should I use half or full groove? Last edited by dart70; 06/14/16 10:53 AM.

HotRodDave I Live Here H Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 12,419 Kalispell Mt.	I usually just use normal bearings. Also on the rods I have just filed a chamfer on the outside edge when I am working on a really tight budget. I am not causing global warming, I am just trying to hold off a impending Ice Age!
