The problem I'm having is oil being sucked up, a round the moroso baffel and being sent out the exhaust. So I made a bigger baffel same problem . I'm thinking of making a riser on the top the valve cover 2 - 3 inches tall has anyone else tried this and did it work? My engine combination is 440/505 ez heads with Indy valve covers 12.5 compression .

The location of the baffle has a important part of
this issue.. put it over the front wide rocker hold
down.. also a big flat baffle doesnt do anything..
it just holds the oil there for a minute while the
air headed out pulls the oil with it... I made up
a pair of U that one went inside the other.. with a
small hole at the bottom of the lower U... so it was
basically a U and a inverted U with about 3/16 between
the walls... keep it narrow so its not in line with any
of the rockers... hope you get the idea... if I could
draw on this thing I would show you... and put them both
on the same place in the front... when you decell you have
less air flow and pressure so the oil going forward has
less of a chance getting out
wave

Before I switched to vac pump I ran hoses from valve cover breathers to oil separators/catch cans then out to the headers. It's amazing how much junk they actually accumulated. Mostly condensation/alcohol as I run E85. I still use them with the vac pump and they keep a lot of junk from going through it. What I read was the water and alcohol that goes through them is what messes up the seals the most. The oil helps keep them lubed. It just so happens that it seems the catch cans catch mostly water and still let oil pass as I get a few drops out of my pressure adjusting valve. I have it inline instead of in a valve cover to keep from pulling dirt into the engine. I still get a little water/condensation in the can/breather after the pump but the cans catch A LOT!

The cans have 5/8" inlet and outlet fittings.
