I have a fan shroud that one part is cracked in two. Has anyone had any success with repairing one? Will ABS slurry work or is there a better solution, possibly plastic welding? Any success stories?
Thanks, Moparts!

I cut down a 26" factory shroud to fit a 22" aluminum radiator and used Devcon Plastisteel epoxy. I cut it into four pieces and epoxied back together, people can't find where it was cut.

I have used a piece of aluminum sheet and small machine screws with self lock nuts. Also 2 part urethane and fiberglass cloth... basically plastic bumper repair stuff.

If you keep the repair inside the shroud and re-paint black with plastic paint, either repair can be very unobtrusive.

Thanks everyone for good suggestions. I will research each and see which is the best for me.
