When I start my car it's has 6 psi and the longer it runs the fuel psi goes to 3 psi.....and when I'm on the throttle holding at 2500rpm.....the rpm starts dropping without me moving my foot at all .....Carb adjust ment ??????

what eng. what fuel pump. E10 or not fuel. recent issue. recent changes/adjustments. complete details needed. not a carb adjustment, it ain't being fed properly (for some reason)

does it run ok at the pressures you are reporting, or does it start to act up ?

For a carb, it should be around 6-7psi. Fuel pump is probably worn out. If it is mechanical, lookout for gas in the oil if the diaphragm is leaking.
