The brackets and how far they stick out for the 6 bolt shroud may be an issue , the bolt hole locations for how it bolts to the core support will probably need to be tweaked on passenger side also. Direct drop in replacement , no. But you could swap on your E body brackets if you have them. running up my post count some more .
