44D6PAKCUDA top fuel 4 Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 2,295 Land of 10,000 Lakes	I think the main reason Greg does not work on the Phillips version is that he told me the circuit boards are so fragile,that it's hard for him to warranty anything and replacement boards are not an option.I wonder if these radios can have the internals converted to modern electronics,like they do on other radios,are do the thumbwheels throw a wrench into doing this.Also Greg has been nothing but great with me on several radios I've had him do over the years.Thanks again Greg
