Why doesn't Congress just pass a law and end the BS once and far all? I agree, it ain't exactly over yet, they never admitted over stepping or slyly redefining their original authority. Thanks for the update. Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.
