Tell us more about the car - looks to be a 4 cog, is the color silver? Love the launch pic you posted.

It was repainted back to silver, it has the cragars on it and the original air shocks used in those pictures. It did get a blue lace paint job in its life. The first owner sold it in 69 to the original owner of the kentucky colonel altered car. he had wayne county speed shop balance the motor (still original bore). it is a cool car. raced in southern IL area and at indy. interior smells new, need to get a period correct tach for the dash, the 2 holes are there.

Isn't that A name used in the Jim Croce song You don't mess around with Jim?
There comes a time in life, when you walk away from all the drama & people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh, forget the bad, and focus on the good.

Very nice! My first Hemi car (I was 19) was a very similar car to yours. Mine was a Hemi, silver, black vinyl roof, black interior, console auto, no stripes. Wish I still had it today but it's in good hands, it's original owner and I became friends long after I sold it, we hunted it down and he bought back, he still has it!
