Many sellers of fasteners, including Frank, are buying from amkproducts.com. See page 46 here: http://www.amkproducts.com/Catalog_PDF/39-55.pdfAMK's minimum order is $30, and they offer only 1/2", not 7/16" (upper ball joints*) nor 9/16" (lower ball joints and idler arm*). *These apply to A bodies - no sure about other bodies.

You can make 7/16" and 9/16" Mopar nuts out of generic castle nuts by grinding or filing off the unwanted parts. Avoid zinc plated generic nuts, since the Mopars are phosphated.
Mopar tri-castle nuts are fully forged, while generic castle nuts are typically sawn or machined on top. You'll need to make the sawn or machined parts look forged and re-phosphate your finished nuts or otherwise disguise the resulting bare metal portions.

Being that this is Moparts we need to first re-invent the wheel and then determine what we need to pay to air up the tires.

a trip to the boneyard... Around here your chances of finding any Mopar from the 60s or early 70s in a boneyard are about as good as winning the lottery. If anybody is interested in Bricklins, I know where there are 2 of those. Maybe they have tri-castle nuts?

That is what I am finding. I can not locate the larger nuts. Frank does list a set but no description of what is in it. I will have to call. Also the car is a 71 b-body. Franks are a complete set and include the cotter pins
