My grandma tells me that when the head lights are switched to high, after about 3 min. the dash lights turn off and the lights in the door mirrors all turn on for a split second. Then return to normal. A few more minutes later it will do this again and again. She said If you leave the lights on low beam you could drive endlessly and never see this happen.... What would cause this? Anyone ever see this happen?

Have you checked with T&C forums?, they should also include Dodge Caravans.
