Hello and welcome, first you will have to get a different dash frame to be able to install rallye gauges. I would recommend that you buy a complete new dash wiring harness. The plymouth fenders will not work. There is a very good all Mopar car show and swap in Farmington, MN on June 4th called Mopars in the Park. Byron from Bismarck has a very nice set of fenders and I am sure he would bring them to the show if you want. He is a very good guy and if you PM me I can give you his number

welcome to the board ! now you know where to come waste time instead of working on your car ! since you know now what it takes to swap dash clusters, it is apparent you are modifying your car to suit your needs and wants instead of "restoring" it to factory specs. with that being said, have you considered a "hot rod" style dash, meaning get a gage set you like from the aftermarket and make [or have made] a dash insert face plate to fit your existing dash ? odds are it will be cheaper by far than replacing the frame and getting a ralley cluster that may, or may not, need restoring to operate correctly. restoration of these clusters may, or may not, be in your budget plan. then there is the wiring harness needed. the "hot rod" gage harness will be super simple and cheap to fab up compared to the cost of a ralley dash harness. again, not knowing your budget or what you have to start with. just throwing out something to think about. it's your car, and you need to do what will make YOU happy, not what someone else thinks or want you to do. above all, have fun with your project and keep us in the loop progress wise !
