I have a 1991 D250 that I thought I would treat to a nice new set of strut rod bushings. Unfortunately the end snapped off while trying to remove it. Do the 1/2 - 3/4 - 1 ton trucks all use the same units or is there differences along the way? Model year differences? HELP.....

How did you manage that? It's pretty hard to snap off a strut rod end. biggrin

It's not hard if you use the right tools! Lol. 3/4" drive socket set. I had no idea that it would break off.

In case anyone was interested in the outcome, I installed strut rods from a late 70's truck. Everything was the same. I understand that they are all the same until late 91 production.
