I suspect your not going to find replacement seals by using Mopar part numbers. Even if you could find the numbers, do you really want to put in "new" rubber from 1976?
There are a lot of places where you can buy generic glass to metal seals. Softseal comes to mind, even JC Whitney has some. You will probably need to get a profile view of what your seals look like (or are suppose to look like), then go online to get a correct profile (or as close as you can get), and buy however many feet of that profile seal you will need to go around your windows. Once you get the new seals sized correctly, you use Superglue and glue the ends of the seals together and install the glass into your doors.
