I just bought a set of TTi headers for my Dart and the flange hits the ARP head studs. TTI says my warranty is void if I grind on them and they don't make any that fit ARP head studs.

So do I grind away or does somebody else make headers that fit a 62 B Body with a 440?

what warranty when you fire them up the warranty is gone anyway. unless you want to pay a restocking fee bla bla bla. grind away and make them fit.

Double up on the header gaskets and see if you get clearance. Or swap to a different head fastener.

Yeah this is what I have done in the past. I have also ground on the flanges as well.
Do what you gotta do man.

Well I took your advice and ground off the top of the studs and viola; headers fit with no further grinding on the header. They are TTi's and fit just perfectly!!!! Just need to reroute the starter wires and good to go.

Thanks all for you advice.
