Anyone ever move the location of a power steering pump on a small block ? I have a Saginaw pump on a 1973 318 that I need to move up a few inches.

iirc 70'sSnow Commander trucks used brackets for the plow pump that may work for that, but it has been years since I had any.

Those brackets moved the pump to the top center of the engine....probably farther than he wants to go.

I was able to move it straight up about 3" by cutting a section out of the upper brackets and extending the lower bracket. The hardest part was figuring out the correct angle for the adjusting slot to still work. Now I have to re-do the alternator brackets to move it about 2" toward the engine.
