I am hoping someone can tell me what these parts are for. I think they are for E-body cars but I'm not sure.

IIRC, they are located below the rear seat on the sides to hold wires. My AAR has them.

They are used to hold the carpet under the rear seat on E-bodies. I believe original carpet had an oval grommet that those clips went through. The double sided one goes on the drivers side and is used to hold the main wiring harness in the rocker area.
