the dash is already drilled it is below the key. someone was nice enough to post a pic here when i asked for the firewall location. it is in a prior post. it is in the moparts restoration and a12 forum.

there is a dimple in the firewall , i think it's under the voltage regulator , thats were you punch the hole

Stu , that is NOT the correct location that the cable is supposed to exit from . the cable goes thru a 3/4" hole and has a big gromment on it similar in appearence to the gromment the speedo cable has at the firewall.

Do you mean the RamCharger Hood? I thought the AirGrabber was a 1970-1971 option that was vacuum operated?
Search the A12 section, I think there were some goos pictures of RamCharger hood cables.

no , it's called air grabber on 69 plymouths , ram charger is the dodge name

Here is how the hole and cable come through the firewall. Use a stepped drill (from Sears) to cut the hole, Year One sells the gromet.
