Title says it all. Drivers door regulator is frozen solid. Probably hasn't been opened since 1985. It looks clean but is stuck. Id hate to pull it out of the door.

Penetrating oil move it back and forth until it lets loose. Might take a few days of waiting for the penetrating oil to soak in.

If you cannot get it moving by spraying it. It is very easy to remove it and soak it. Sounds harder than it is.

How quick was that! The front door regulators are pretty easy to work with. Quarter windows are challenging.

It couldn't have been any more simple. 3 bolts and it was out. Funny ya say the quarter window because I need to replace the drivers side quarter glass. It got shattered years ago. I have to get a replacement first though.

This sounds like dialogue from a website I've visited a few times.
